Art brings an impressive hospitality background to Santa Barbara Estate Planning and Elder Law – over 25 years with Marriott International, with extensive experience in executive management and guest relations. Since then, this natural entrepreneur has built multiple businesses in the Philippines (AirBnB properties, a fitness gym, and van transportation) while maintaining a side business here in California. “I have a passion for entrepreneurship and building relationships,” Art explains, “whether it’s with hotel guests or legal clients.”
As the first person you’ll meet when you call or visit our office, Art sets the tone for every client experience. His favorite part of the job? “Seeing the satisfaction and relief on clients’ faces after they officially sign their documents,” he shares. “Comments like ‘We finally made it happen’ or ‘Thank you for taking care of us’ – that’s what makes this work so special.”
